SLOGAN
We strategically chose these words to create an alliteration and a slogan that could be fluently said. Moreover, the words “excuse” and “abuse” are directly related to each other and to the message we wanted to send to the public, showing that there is no good reason to abuse someone.

When you ask the victims if they're okay, they always reply with an "I'm fine" and a smile, but they wear a mask to hide their suffering. In reality, they're saying "Save me" because they're living through hell. We wanted our logo to represent this situation, and that's why it has a different typography so that, when you turn it around, it looks different.
We chose the colours black and red because they both transmit the darkness with no way of escape, and the bloody red of suffering.

Our poster represents the reality of gender violence. The image of a woman’s bruised eyes symbolizes the physical and emotional suffering that many victims endure in silence. The small cross over the bruise highlights how abuse is often hidden by makeup, for example. The message “CALL 016” serves as a reminder that help is always available and no victim should feel alone. So, we wanted to highlight the importance of breaking the silence and searching for support. We added the hashtag #I’mFine, which is the name of our campaign. We have also included our slogan, "No Excuse for Abuse", to show that hurting someone is never okay.

Our video represents a nightmare of a victim who suffers gender violence. During the video we could see different scenarios which are common around the women who are forced to live these kind of situations, such as firm steps, the phone giving communication, the slamming door and the scared child. The video starts with the victim sleeping while having nightmares, and finishes when she wakes up, symbolizing that she manages to find help and stop the cycle of violence and suffering.
